The Health Information Services (HIS) team are currently seeking 2 part time administration staff. Both roles have a multi focus and undertake administrative functions and support to various areas both within HIS and across the hospital. **The Position**

Position Title: Health Information Services Officer
Classification: HS1
Salary per hour (exc. super): $29.58
Hours per fortnight: 30 and 42 hours (multiple positions)
Employment Status: Ongoing Part Time
Other requirements: COVID-19 Vaccination

**The Roster**

Position 1: 30 hrs per fortnight
- Week 1 Monday 8am to 4pm; Tuesday 8am to 4pm

Week 2 Thursday 8am to 4pm; Friday 8am to 4pm

Position 2: 42 hrs per fortnight
- Week 1 Wednesday 4pm to 11pm; Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm; Friday 8.30pm to 4.30pm

HIS offers the opportunity for part time staff to pick up additional shifts, as available, up to 76 hours per fortnight. We operate 24 hours a day and 365 days of the year. All HIS staff may be required to work evening, weekends and on public holidays as rostered.

**The Team**

The Finance and Resources Division is responsible for financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring and analysis, together with our procurement, materials management and facilities management functions. The division also includes Health Information Services with key roles in medical record management, clinical documentation, freedom of information, and external data reporting requirements. These are essential non-clinical services providing high-quality support, advice, monitoring and compliance functions. The team are focussed on delivering the strategic vision within their responsibilities and on assisting the organisation operationally.
