We are looking for capable and motivational Health Care Workers to join our team at Carshalton House. Join with us and play your part in providing a high standard of care to our residents while building a legacy of positive impact within our community.

Our 45 bed facility at Carshalton House is home to our elderly residents, comprising of five houses, each containing a kitchen and dining area with multiple use spaces for residents. With a large communal dining/lounge area, surrounding established gardens, verandas and sitting rooms the homes are unique and create a warm and inviting environment - a beautiful facility to work in each day.

As a Health Care Worker with us, you will provide quality care and support for residents with activities of daily living through the promotion of a home like environment. Successful applicants will have a sincere and engaging approach, with a genuine care for the eldery and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

**The Position**

**Position Title**: Health Care Worker
**Classification**: IN 37- IN 38 dependant on experience and qualifications
**Salary per hour (exc. super)**: $27.89 - $30.26
**Hours per fortnight**: Various - up to 76
**Employment Status**: Full time/ Part time / Casual - _multiple positions available_
**Other requirements**: COVID-19 Vaccination

**The Team**

The Community and Public Health Services Division has a primary focus on improving the health outcomes of the communities in our region. With a range of local and regional programs supporting place-based health promotion, prevention, care and support, they work collaboratively with other Divisions and regional partnerships and networks to support quality outcomes. The Division has a strong leadership role in the Loddon Mallee Region and is committed to ensuring processes are in place to deliver on our Division.
