Exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a well-established Australian organisation

**Your new company**
Our client specialises in the Allied Health industry and is a rapidly growing business with numerous locations. Their head office is based centrally on the Gold Coast and a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR generalist to join their team on a permanent basis to provide ongoing support to their Human Resources team.

**Your new role**
This busy role will see you responsible for:

- Assist with the coordination of HR projects
- Manage general HR queries and system queries through the HR inbox
- Keep up to date on industry trends and legislative changes
- Provide general day to day HR support to Practice Managers including contract and remuneration advice and award interpretation
- Supporting the entire employment lifecycle including new employment contracts, variation letters and exit documents
- Providing support in workers compensation claims
- Other generalist HR support as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:

- A drive to progress your career in the Human Resources space within a nation-wide business
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Recent HR generalist experience (1-2 years’ experience minimum)
- You must be professional, approachable, have excellent communication skills and time management details with attention to detail
- Understanding of HR related legislation and regulations
