A part-time HR/Payroll Officer is needed for a permanent opportunity in Central Gold Coast

**Your new company**

Our client is a well-known Australian organisation based in central Gold Coast based organisation, operating as an industry leader committed to provide excellence to their clients. They are seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer to meet the growing demands of the market. This position will require a motivated individual who is confident in payroll processing, administration, and Human resource administration with a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-volume environment. With calculated growth and a long-term strategy in place, they have a proven track record of success and a strong reputation.

**Your new role**

As the Payroll Officer and HR Support, you will be responsible for, but not limited to processing payroll transactions, on boarding all new employees, resolving discrepancies, ensure procedures are always followed, superannuation calculations and tac obligations, reconciliation and any other ad hoc duties as required. Additionally, you will need to have effective communication with a variety of people at all levels of the organisation and liaise with clients professionally.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful, you will have previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, busy environment. Relevant administration payroll and Microsoft Office experience in essential. Additionally, you will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines and the ability to collaborate with others in a team environment
