As an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, your main focus will be to support the HR team development and implementation of effective HR policies, practices and strategies.


Reporting to the HR Services Lead and working closely with the HR Business Partner at the Sunshine Coast Location you will be undertaking administration duties and provision of a high level of service to internal clients and external stakeholders and the achievement of key projects through effective administrative support.


YOUR DUTIES

  • Establishing sound relationships and engaging with key stakeholders within the business
  • Recommending and delivering HR strategies and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention
  • Provide HR advice, direction and consultation to the business across all areas of HR including the Fair Work Act and the provision of advice around awards and workplace legislation.
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures and review where necessary
  • Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style to the broader business
  • Participate and contribute as a change champion within the business in line with the business, growth and change strategies.
  • Draft reports, analysis, discussion papers, policies and procedures and recommendations
  • Drive and deliver on HR projects for the business, supporting the Head of HR
  • Provide direction to the HR Officer and other ad hoc duties
WHAT YOU ARE / YOUR SKILLSET

  • Minimum 3 years Generalist experience
  • Exposure to a professional services environment highly advantageous
  • An excellent communicator whether that be verbal or written
  • Positive and personable
  • Degree in Business or Human Resources or similar
