**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:

- The Department of Gynaecological Oncology at Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg is an active, vibrant unit specialising in the management of women with gynaecological cancers. The individual appointed will assist in the data collection and data management in this close-knit cancer unit, liaising with medical and nursing staff both in the collection and synthesis of data and the coordination of multidisciplinary meetings.
- Part time 30 hours per week.
- This position can be a job share arrangement and as such additional hours will be available to cover periods of leave Department of Gynaecological Oncology, Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg.
- The Data Manager is responsible for the management of patient data, Unit statistical data and multidisciplinary meetings co-ordination.
- Responsible for running, organising meeting and preparation of meeting notes.
- Assist in the coordination of clinical trials and the reporting of outcomes in conjunction with Clinical Trial Nurse.

- Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 6 Public Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women's health and associated health, support and diagnostic services. We are a major teaching hospital and specialist referral centre with the medical, nursing, midwifery and allied health expertise to treat the most complex obstetric, neonatal and gynaecological cases.
