Ecommerce Coordinator

We are seeking an eCommerce Coordinator to join our growing online team at The New Trend Head Office in Armadale. Reporting to The New Trend eCommerce & Marketing Manager, the eCommerce Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all back-end operations of the website and accountable for uploading products, content management and merchandising strategy to drive revenue and reach team KPIs. With lots of exiting projects in the pipeline, you will be an integral part of the digital strategy.

About You:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar fashion eCommerce retail environment
- Strong experience in content management and promotional execution
- Solid understanding of international designers / high end fashion
- Demonstrated experience using Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
- Experience in online product photography
- Experience using Klaviyo is preferred
- Excellent verbal & written communication including confidence with spelling and grammar
- Highly analytical, organised and with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Google Analytics and any knowledge of HTML, CSS or Adobe Suites is favourable
- Knowledge of fabrications and silhouettes to communicate fit hand feel and end use to the customer
- Qualifications in a Business, Commerce or Creative qualification, or equivalent
- The ability to think ahead and produce results to very short deadlines and a positive hands-on attitude.
