**About the Team**:
Partner Managers lead the relationship with some of the most valuable local hero merchant partners on the DoorDash Platform. Partner Managers will focus on the breakthrough change that can be created for merchants, and the value that can be procreated. They help merchant partners accelerate to new levels by uncovering areas of opportunity. Partner Managers will hold periodic business check-ins, improve merchant operations, troubleshoot product-related bugs, recommend marketing strategies, work with a growth executive team to upsell incremental services to our existing business owners and ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention and growth. The Partner Management team has a dotted line report to the Team Leader, with a straight line report into the Manager of Inside Post Sales.

**About the Role**:
The Partner Manager Team Leader will have hybrid leadership & in seat responsibilities.

You will work directly with the top 25 more strategic small to medium merchant partners throughout their lifecycle, strategically navigating customer focused success plans geared towards account growth, as well as leading, coaching and mentoring a team of 10 Partner Managers (Customer Success Managers) across Australia & New Zealand.

This hybrid role requires frequent multi-tasking between management, technical, business, strategic, marketing and planning activities.

The Partner Manager Team Leader will be expected to drive results that tie back to strategic business goals for your accounts, the Partner Manager team goals, as well as ideal.

- Lead - Lead a team of Partner Managers grow merchant relationships with our key local hero partners across Australia & New Zealand.
- Influence - Work cross-functionally with our Merchant Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Sales teams to improve the merchant experience and achieve market revenue goals
- Strategize - Work with our Merchant Operations team to devise and execute the overall operational strategy for "winning with the merchant"
- Business Development - Generate new business and strategic investment opportunities by being the local liaison for new products to roll out across ANZ. This includes everything from Drive to DoorDash For Business.
- Analyze - Build models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of merchant acquisition, engagement, and retention programs and experiments. Forecast and evaluate OKR achievement for our book of business.
- Experiment - Use data-driven decision making and sound business judgment to run tests on everything from commissary kitchens, to in-store marketing, to launching new verticals
