A full-time position for reception and administrative assistant duties exists with one of our clients on the GC. Based in Broadbeach, this role would suit someone who can manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and works well under pressure.

Joining a bubbly and high-performing team, they are seeking someone that will be able to support and assist with all things to do with administration and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a trusted and well-known brand and start ASAP.

Your duties will include:

- reception duties, including answering telephone calls and directing calls to appropriate people;
- managing client requests including coordinating any amendments or changes;
- coordinate events with senior management;
- promote company on various Social Media platforms using prepared content;
- Assist in the brief, development and implementation of campaigns across print, social media and EDM;
- Assisting with copy research & writing;
- maintain stocks of basic stationery items including amenities supplies;
- receipt payments at reception and settle payments using the EFTPOS machine; and
- other administrative tasks and providing general administrative support as required.

To be considered in this role you will:

- have prior experience in a real estate or property management environment;
- possess advanced written English language and numeracy skills;
- possess above average literacy skills with a high level of attention to detail;
- have a highly developed ability to prioritise and be capable of meeting deadlines;
- have an eye for detail and be able to manage multiple tasks with a calm, cheerful and can-do attitude;
- be able to find creative solutions to problems;
- possess the ability to work as a team and autonomously as the occasion may call for; and
- be able to demonstrate a committed, proactive and service orientated approach to work.

You must be available to start ASAP and proven experience in a similar role.
