**The Company**:
This experienced & dynamic commercial construction builder has been around for more than 40 years. They're well known in large-scale construction across a variety of industries and the company continues growing thanks to its strong reputation and impressive delivery of all projects.

**The Role**:
Reporting into the HR Manager, initially you will be responsible for working on a large task searching old mail boxes, preparing documents on letterhead and other ad hoc administration duties working closely with the inhouse legal and commercial department

This role also entails general administration duties to provide support to the other teams throughout the initial task and beyond completion.

This role will suit someone who is reliable, has a confident personality and has a few years of administrative experience up their sleeve.

**What will you be doing?**
- Providing admin support to the team across the organisation
- Daily incoming/outgoing mail and bulk mail outs
- Maintain meeting rooms
- Photocopying and printing as required
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings
- Cover receptionist lunch break and sick days

**Experience and skills**:

- Previous administrative experience is required.
- Bubbly, friendly personality
- Great personal presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to display initiative
