**Requirements**:

- A customer-oriented person with a strong commercial mind-set and influencing skills, capable of convincing and engaging people
- A results oriented consultative seller that can help identify and solve challenges with our largest clients
- A dynamic person, used to working independently in fast-paced environments and with great organisational skills.
- A high-performing professional with demonstrated business development experience in building and developing deep and wide relationships with clients
- A self-starter, results-oriented person who loves to reach and exceed targets.
- Help develop, test and then champion new products in market
- Ability to work very independently, but collaborate with teams from the US and UK markets
- Work successfully and energetically on the phone, in groups, as well as with in person client meetings
- Bundle different types of advertising products to create a successful portfolio for your advertisers (e.g. CPM media, CPC media, sponsorships, etc.)
- 5+ years' experience selling to both agencies and clients direct
- Extensive experience selling online advertising with responsibility for an annual quota of at least $1 million
- Knowledge and experience with the travel industry a plus
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and sell strategically
- Track record of developing long-term relationships with and agencies
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent online, written and verbal communications skills
- Solid experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace and MS Office
- Teamwork skills essential; sense of humour required; overdeveloped sales egos must be checked

We are essentially looking for a person to "own" the APAC market, so let your entrepreneurial skills show. You will own the entire book of business, and jump in with great pre-existing relationships and contracts. While we are a long established company, we have the feel and drive of a start-up. This means we do not run 9-5, you will help and influence multiple departments and are expected to go above and beyond the normal sales role. As travel rebounds strong, this is the right position at the right time for someone looking to grow their career.
