**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a boutique agency that is growing, we are seeking an experienced Junior Recruitment Consultant reporting to our Associate Director
- Legal, Risk and Compliance. It’s important that you can be agile and adaptable. We will value your contribution to implementing best practice processes and improving work culture and professional standards. **Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in funds management, superannuation, insurance and wealth management;
- Managing multiple recruitment processes end-to-end;
- Procuring new business through business development, relationship and account management activities and initiatives;
- Stay in touch with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging roles within legal, risk, and compliance functions; AND

**What we are seeking**:
You will be commercially astute, energetic, resilient, a proactive networker, and have a genuine interest in helping people with their careers while offering strategic advice to clients regarding their human capital requirements.

You will be supporting one of the best risk and compliance recruitment consultants in the market who will be personally dedicated to your learning and development. You will also be offered a market-competitive salary, one of the best commission structures in the industry, and ongoing training and development both internally and through external training partnerships. You will be supported by a dynamic marketing team that will raise your personal profile and brand and have ongoing support from our team and non-executive directors. You will be encouraged to maintain links to the industry (WIS, FINSIA, ASFA, AIST, CFA, AFA), be treated as a professional and be afforded a level of autonomy that is rarely available.

We are looking for more than an employee, rather a partner to join the team for the long term and support our AD- Legal, Risk and Compliance in a growing and transforming space. Profit share and the potential to participate in an employee share plan would be available after agreed performance milestones are achieved.
