Leading a small team, you will focus your attention on providing exceptional customer service, motivating and inspiring your staff to achieve results, and maintaining the hardworking and supportive culture that is already in the store
**The Role & its Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Store.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, maintaining established relationships & creating genuine new ones.
- Motivate, inspire, and develop your team to achieve daily success.
- Monitor KPIs and coach your team to exceed store targets.
- Manage rosters and adhere to wage budgets.
- Advocate for Workplace Health & Safety adherence within the store.
- Process and replenish stock according to company standards.
- Implement promotional & visual merchandising initiatives.
**The Desired Skills & Abilities**:
- Two (or more) years in a similar role - apparel background highly desirable.
- Hands on leader who isn't afraid to inspire their team by 'doing'.
- The proven ability to coach and mentor a team to success.
- Willing to cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation and accountability, to maximise performance
- The ability to communicate clearly and decisively with understanding.
- You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
