To support the increment in demand and growth, we require an experienced Occupational Health & Safety Adviser to join our dynamic team to ensure that our workplace remains a safe and healthy environment.

**About the role**

You will be reporting directly to the Store and Division Manager, and will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the safety standards within our company. You will be required to:

- Inspect the work areas identifying safety hazards and minimizing the risk through continuous improvement
- Make the employees aware of the correct use of personal protective equipment and the existing risks in the workplace
- Prevent potential risks through routine inspections of the areas, safety signs, and equipment and ensure that employees use the personal protective equipment
- Advocate for health and safety protocols and monitor compliance with safety regulations
- Report to the employer situations that may affect the Safety and Health of workers, customers and visitors
- Promote healthy lifestyles and environment among workers
- Assist in safely supplying customers with their materials, whether it is a pickup or a delivery order

Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in safety standards and procedures relating to the handling, storage, and distribution of products

**Qualifications and experience required**
- At least a Bachelor degree
- Health & safety work experience (min 2 years)

**Other skills required**
- Micronet Software experience
- SCORP Software experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
