- We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment across a variety of channels, patient bookings and enquires and supporting our collection staff
- Respond to a high volume of inbound calls
- Ad hoc administration duties
