About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to manage a team of senior mental health clinicians working within the Police Communications Centre Mental Health Liaison Service (PCC-MHLS). The purpose of this service is to provide a mechanism via which police responding to mental health incidents can access meaningful and timely mental health information, advice and assistance and to facilitate appropriate mental health responses.
About you
- Exercise independent judgement, problem solving skills, and an understanding of current operational, organisational, and cultural issues in implementing an evolving model of service.
- Develop and participate in quality improvement activities that foster an effective interagency partnership and promote positive consumer outcomes.
- Use advanced skills in the leadership of senior mental health clinicians within the MHLS, including the provision of operational supervision.
