Our client, a high-profile Federal government department has an immediate need for an outstanding APS6 Rehabilitation Case Manger to join their team. The Rehabilitation Case Manager is responsible for the provision of advice to managers on early intervention and the management of return to work outcomes for injured and ill employees.

**Role details**:
You will be required to perform duties in accordance with the APS Values and Code of Conduct; and
- Contribute to the establishment and implementation of initiatives that drive positive outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and tailored responses to return to work challenges, including strategic advice where appropriate.
- Ensure quality outputs including the development of a safe and healthy workplace culture.
- Develop and support complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage relationships that support a safe and healthy work environment.
- Provide professional services including case management and case reviews for complex cases.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of system and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain professional knowledge and continue to develop knowledge and expertise in relation to professional skills and professional regulatory requirements.
- Prepare draft reports, briefing material and correspondence.
- Build and manage effective partnerships that engage stakeholders in understanding the issues, identifying innovative solutions and in supporting implementation.
- Show integrity and respect for others. Display drive and resilience, and adopt a positive approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
