**Role Purpose**

Aesop are seeking an experienced and passionate **ANZ Logistics Manager **to join our Supply Chain team in a **full-time position **operating with a hybrid working pattern, based at our global head office in Collingwood.

As our ANZ Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for all processes of logistics, warehousing, and inventory management across the ANZ region.

Working with the corporate office and across the different functions in Supply Chain, you will ensure that the appropriate logistics service levels across the various distribution channels in the region are properly delivered, in respect of cost budgets for both warehouse and freight.

You will be a key driver of the centre of excellence for the warehousing stream, supporting regional DCs reviews projects and implementations, and leading logistics best practice.

**Key responsibilities (but not limited to)**
- Drive and oversee end of month reconciliations of stock on hand and adjustments of inventory held at warehouse, office and retail stores to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy
- Oversee regular stock takes and related procedures at global warehouse and head office
- Ensure appropriate and correct inventory allocation across channels is executed
- Relationship management of all regional logistics providers.
- Review and recommend a competitive tendering process to ensure the best partners are secured for the ANZ region, working in conjunction with Head Office Logistics and Distribution team
- Monitor the performance of all 3PL warehouses and other logistics providers, ensuring they are aware of deadlines, priorities and special instructions, collecting monthly KPI data, attending regular site visits and governance meetings.
- Address performance or operational issues with providers, including freight delays, as required.
- Manage logistics costs and negotiate favourable rates and terms with providers.
- Drive and oversee end of month reconciliations of stock on hand and adjustments of inventory held at warehouses, digital fulfilment centres, and retail stores to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy.
- Actively participate in project implementations by providing governance and support across all project phases from planning to implementation and post go-live support, to local, international, and external teams
- Timely management of project plans, timelines, milestones/deliverables, stakeholder alignment & communications, risk/issue and escalation management

**What we are looking for**
- Considerable experience in supply chain for a fast-paced, sizable company
- Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional and international team environment
- Proven track record of complex problem solving and pro-active process improvement
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, commercial & organizational skills
- A collaborative partner and an effective communicator who is highly attuned to achieve commercial wins underpinned by operational planning skills
- Sound experience in 3PL warehousing management and performance evaluation
- Experience with Cegid and NetSuite (or similar ERP) an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in one or more of the following: Supply Chain Management, Logistics Planning, or similar
