We are partnering with a key client in search of an Analyst, who is proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS). You will engage in a pivotal project that seeks to enhance the clients Learning Management System (LMS), playing a key role in shaping the future of learning and development within the organization.

**Note**: You must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident and have a valid National Police Check.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify appropriate LMS solutions.
- Consult with internal stakeholders to understand and document system requirements including functionality, security, integration, and reporting capabilities.
- Translate complex business and technical needs into clear system requirements.
- Prepare and deliver essential documentation, including a list of functional and non-functional requirements, and a comprehensive market research report.
- Engage respectfully and effectively with a diverse range of team members, promoting workplace safety, equity, and diversity.

**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:

- Proven experience in LMS analysis and requirements documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledgeable in learning management systems, with a keen eye for future capabilities and integrations.
