**Your new role**

We’re looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference—for our customers, for each other, and for CSC.

As a **Change and Capability Analyst**, you'll be at the forefront of driving transformative change within the People function. You will use your analytical and communication abilities, to interpret and present data to support business areas and improve customer outcomes.

Collaborating with the Organisational Change Manager and business leaders, you will play a crucial role in Impact Assessments, shaping Change and Communication Plans to foster cohesive outcomes and increase engagement. Embrace innovation as you design project intranet pages and communication products, empowering teams with creative solutions. Supporting the Internal Communications team and Organisational Capability team, you'll ensure smooth execution of initiatives and accurate training records.

Your expertise will guide business areas to implement change confidently, and your engaging change and communications products will foster a positive and motivated workforce. Forge strong relationships with teams and key stakeholders, coordinating change management activities seamlessly to maximize productivity.

This a 12-month hourly rate contract

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What you’ll need to excel**
- 2+ years change management and adult learning experience.
- Understanding of change management frameworks and disciplines.
- Experience with or ability to learn how to design and publish intranet pages.
- Office suite (PowerPoint, Word etc, experience or ability to acquire skills in image and eLearning Designer tools (such as Adobe Creative suite, Articulate or Canva)

**Please note** to be considered, you will be required to complete a successful police background check and must be an Australian citizen.

**The following qualifications and skills are considered desirable**
- Change Management Certification
- Training & Assessment and/or Adult Learning Certification
- Financial, superannuation and/or public sector experience.
- Experience with LMS administration and eLearning development.
