**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand and identify their recruitment needs
- Manage the full 360-degree recruitment process
- Provide consultation and education on the hiring process and the external employment market
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Promote and support the maintenance of Standards Australia’s Capability Framework
- Lead and manage employer branding initiatives
- Attend job fairs, networking, and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Report on recruitment activities
- Manage recruitment projects as assigned by the Head of People & Culture

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in handling employee relations matters
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and actively contribute to team success
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
