Parramatta, Australia Easy Authoring Full time

**Contract role till June 2024 with a possible extension.**:

- **Hourly pay rate up to $56.07/hour + Super.**:

- **3-4 days of fieldwork and 1-2 days at Parramatta Office.**:

- **Immediate start.**

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Undertake and report on field inspection activities/outcomes on Building Essential Services (BES) work.
- Verify contractor compliance with maintenance contract requirements in relation to BES.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- Relevant Qualifications or accreditation in Quality Management principles and associated Australian Quality Standards or relevant work experience.
- Understanding of the Australian Building Codes, Australian Standards, Government, or commercial probity, and contracting standards.
- Relevant qualification and/or sound construction building maintenance and/or building construction experience/exposure, together with field inspection experience and measurement of performance against standards.
- Desirable experience in compliance inspections of building essential services.
- Current driver’s license.
- Relevant qualifications (preferably trade) with sound construction building maintenance experience, together with field inspection experience and measurement of performance against standards in Building Essential Services.
- Relevant experience in maintenance in compliance inspection of Fire Safety, mechanical ventilation, Sprinkler systems, Hydrant lifts, and any other Building services that are related to maintenance work.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Willing to travel to Sydney Metropolitan and Regional areas to undertake work.
