Blake Oliver Consulting are proud to partner with a highly regarded brokerage which is seeking an Account Executive to join their team here in North Sydney. Due to expansion, together we are resourcing to take on an Account Executive in the Property and Causality General Insurance team to service and moving forward inherit a sizeable portfolio.

**The Role**:

- With support of senior staff, assist with the management of the client relationships across the portfolio and understand your clients’ specific requirements for Insurance, their business objectives and strategy.
- With the support of senior staff, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities & build business relationships working alongside the Director, Stakeholders & market partners.
- Accountable for client information in the company broking system and responsible for managing client invoices and payments.
- Assist with the preparation of premium calculations.
- Assist with achieving team budget with upholding a strong compliance on outcomes and culture.
- Contributing positive and meaningful working relationships with Insurers and keep well-informed of the Insurance and Client markets.

**Essential Experience**:

- Experience in Property and Causality as well as General Insurance advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Commercial/SME/Mid-Market/Corporate markets.
- Tier 1 broking qualification and ideally Diploma of Insurance Broking.
- Client driven with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
- Proven track record of maintaining an existing book of business while further developing it and maintain new clients
