**Main responsibilities include**:

- Monitor and maintain meeting room calendars, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for client use.
- Perfect the art of brewing coffee, preparing tea, and delivering impeccable service to visiting clients.
- Distribute fresh fruit daily and uphold the tidiness of catering and staff kitchens.
- Coordinate catering for a variety of events, including client meetings, firmwide gatherings, and marketing functions.
- Manage catering supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Set up meeting rooms for diverse gatherings, ensuring seamless presentation

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
