MAYDAY Recruitment is on the lookout for an experienced
**Meeting Room & Catering Coordinator **to join the CBD team of a prominent mid-tier Accounting firm and deliver top-tier service to clients. If you're seeking a role that goes beyond the ordinary, look no further.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding service. From managing meeting rooms and set ups to crafting the perfect cup of coffee or tea, fostering an inviting ambiance. You'll also take charge of organising and catering for both internal and external events, elevating client experiences.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Monitor and maintain meeting room calendars, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for client use.
- Perfect the art of brewing coffee, preparing tea, and delivering impeccable service to visiting clients.
- Distribute fresh fruit daily and uphold the tidiness of catering and staff kitchens.
- Coordinate catering for a variety of events, including client meetings, firmwide gatherings, and marketing functions.
- Manage catering supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Set up meeting rooms for diverse gatherings, ensuring seamless presentation

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leaving a lasting positive impression on clients
- Familiarity with meeting room management, event coordination, and catering practices

- Keen eye for meticulous details
