**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our mineral, oil and gas team in Wacol, to effectively supervise and organise routine daily operations and transport requirements for our customers in Queensland. This primarily involves the coordination of sub-contractors and other divisions of Toll so that all resources are employed efficiently and that all activities are performed safely, accuarately and in accordance with customer requirements.

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will:
- Determine and arrange for weekly and daily vehicle and load haul requirements ensuring transportation is capable of handling heavy mining equipment
- Monitor and supervise the transportation process to guarantee the safe and timely delivery of freight
- Provide professional and prompt feedback to customers
- Effectively supervise, subcontractors, and support infield operations
- Ensure equipment, procedures and processes comply with customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with fatigue management, load restraint and relevant legislation.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 + years proven experience in a similar role within Transport/Logistics
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry (safer together) - beneficial
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills - written and verbal
- Knowledge of COR, NHVR - fatigue and maintenance
- Adaptable and work within a dynamic environment
- The capability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
- Analytical skills - critical thinking and logical reasoning
