**Responsibilities**:

- Building and nurturing great relationships with your client portfolio
- Create strong working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting clients on their ongoing campaign plans, providing analysis and advice

- Conduct meetings, prepare briefs and develop strategy

- Proven track record of success in Relationship & Account Management
- Charity sector experience highly regarded
- Ability to nurture long term partnerships
- Tenacious, enthusiastic, professional and engaging
- Donor Care/Supporter Care experience a big plus
- Superior communication, influencing and presentation skills
- Effective problem solver who can “think on their feet”
- Analytical and reporting skills
- “Can do” attitude, passion for results and delivering first class service
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
