**About your team**:
Business Solutions and Technology (BS&T) team works at a national level within the Service Delivery Support portfolio at Defence Housing Australia. BS&T is responsible for all software related analysis, solutions, software development, telephony, IT services, infrastructure and cyber security. BS&T is currently working through the Technology Refresh program which involves the commissioning of many new systems and services and ensures that DHA remains relevant for many years to come.

**Your contribution**:
As the Applications Support Analyst, you will work part of a team to analyse, build and integrate with both upcoming and legacy systems. The opportunity is an entry level position however, prior experience working in ICT or skills in Oracle, SQL, Jira or Salesforce will be highly desirable.
- Liaise with key stakeholders through effective communication.
- Have sound general knowledge and adapt to a technical environment.
- Have an ability to learn the complexities between IT systems and how changes to current state may affect end users.
- Gather and undertake analysis tasks to assist in the resolution of issues.
- An analytical approach to solve existing and new issues, some of which may be complex.
- Perform work within a mid-paced, Agile development team.
