Why this role matters

The Doorways program provides person centred care to community members experiencing financial or other forms of hardship through the provision of financial and material emergency relief. Case management is provided at some of the Doorways sites to engage people through early intervention as well as address long term disadvantage to break the cycle of poverty and alleviate financial hardship. Our practitioners are strength based and trauma informed in their practice to build individual capacity, resilience and wellbeing.

About the role

We are seeking a values-driven Quality / Business Coordinator who, as a key member of the Facilitating Partner team whose focus is on preparing and facilitating quality governance and business processes, including electronic file management, reporting services and supporting the preparation and implementation of the CfC Activity Work plan processes and all relevant activities, with the purpose of enhancing services to the community and supporting the achievement of the TSA mission.

You will successfully
- Assist with accurate preparation of Service Agreements and execution by all relevant parties within specified timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records of Contract milestones and deliverables, including setting task reminders for relevant staff.
- Quality presentation of all correspondence and documents, including preparation of various reports to meet contractual obligations and deadlines.
- Manage CfC Committee membership, prepare agendas and funding documents, co-chair monthly meetings, and approve minutes for distribution to members.
- Manage quality electronic filing/document systems for the CfC Program, ensuring digital and hard copy records are well organised, readily accessible and archived appropriately.

You will have
- Degree qualifications in Business Management with experience in governance, financial management, quality processes, accounting and reporting; or minimum 2+ years’ experience in a business management or similar role.
- Contract management experience.
- Experience in providing high level financial management support to a manager.
- Experience working within a place based community development program or similar role in a not for profit organisation is desirable.
- Current Working with Children Check - Blue Card.
- Current drivers licence.

This is a permanent role, with the option of a Full-Time or Part-Time (34hrs per week) position, located in Slacks Creek, QLD. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Level 5 Award.
