Vitex Pharmaceuticals is seeking motivated and experienced Laboratory Analysts to join our dynamic and growing Quality team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our Quality team in maintaining the highest standards and processes for product quality. This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the pharmaceutical industry.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Perform routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using analytical techniques
- Conduct physical and chemical testing to assess the quality and integrity of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols for sample preparation, testing, data analysis, and documentation
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory activities, test results, and instrument maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to support product development, validation, and regulatory submissions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
- Previous experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry (new graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures and protocols accurately
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
