The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is looking for a** Club Attendant **to join the team on a **Part-Time basis**

- Front Office and/or Food and Beverage Service experience preferred

**About the Role**
- Meet & connect with club guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations.
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests.
- Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
- Welcome and conduct club guest check-ins/ check-outs and farewell and adapt for any changes.
- Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages
- Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
- Provides excellent customer service by being readily available/approachable for all guests.
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, and ensuring work area is clean and everything is in working order, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
