**The Opportunity**:
As a Housing Portfolio Manager, your focus will be to lead and coordinate a skilful housing portfolio team to deliver a highly responsive and professional tenancy and housing management service across a diverse property portfolio. Your ability to build effective working relationships will be exhibited in your communication with external stakeholders as well as internal collaboration with the broader Housing Services team to contribute to the planning and development of policies and procedures.
**About You**:
We are seeking a highly driven person who:
- Holds experience leading and managing staff
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills at an operational level
- Has experience and knowledge of tenancy management principles
- Has work experience or an understanding of the Transitional Housing and Supportive Housing Programs
- Possesses an understanding of not-for-profit growth housing provider compliance requirements

**You Will Need To**:
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current Safe Environments Certificate
- Hold a current unencumbered Australian driver’s license and be willing to drive
- Undergo pre-employment testing as part of the recruitment process
