Ventia provide a range of Facilities Management services for a large Queensland Utilities provider including property services, pool vehicle management, cleaning, grounds maintenance, general maintenance and project management services for Non-Network Infrastructure and substations across the entire state of Queensland.

**About the role**

Ventia are seeking a Facilities Manager who will be the primary point of contact for the delivery of all Facilities Management Services for their relevant region. You will be responsible for managing the day to day delivery of reactive and planned maintenance (both hard and soft services) across sites to ensure continuance of service and services are delivered safely, on time, to budget and meet the KPIs of the contract. This is a results driven, autonomous role based in **Newstead**, the ability to work from home 1 day per week.

**Please note, this opportunity will conclude in June 2024 due to contract end.**

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Responsible to ensure planned and reactive maintenance services are delivered safely, on time, to budget and meet the KPIs of the contract
- Responsible to coordinate and schedule resources
- Manage the delivery of all FM Services in their region (hard and soft services)
- Manage subcontractor workload and allocation of resources - ensuring compliance with Ventia SHEQ requirements
- Ensure subcontractors are inducted, compliant and supervise work as required
- Conduct contractor meetings and reviews as required.
- Identify and proactively manage safety and compliance risk in the region.
- Proactively engage and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide reports and other requested information to facilitate contract compliance and service delivery.
- Provide afterhours support and call out services as required.

**About you**
- Facilities Management/Asset Management experience in large organisations that require remote management.
- Current QLD Drivers Licence
- The ability to work autonomously
- Experience in all aspects of effective subcontractor management
- Experience in statutory and regulatory compliance
- Superior and proven verbal and written communication
- High level customer focus, engagement skills and responsiveness to customer requests
- Demonstrated capability in facilities management services delivery
- Experience and knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) specifically relating to work order management and KPI compliance
