Information and Organisation Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and organizing information by collecting and maintaining relevant information related to clients, financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Creating databases, filing systems, or digital repositories to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility of information.
- Asist with day-to-day administrative task to ensure efficient operations of the office by scheduling meetings, organising travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Ensuring the proper organisation, storage, and retrieval of various documents, including contracts, reports, policy documents, and other relevant materials.
- Implementing document control procedures and managing document versioning.
- Assisting with regulatory compliance requirements by ensuring that appropriate documentation and records are maintained.
- Monitoring changes in regulations and policies and updating internal processes to ensure compliance.
- Collecting and analysing data to generate reports and provide insights for decision
- making.
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of information systems and technology infrastructure within the organisation by troubleshooting technical issues, training staff on system usage, and researching new technologies to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with other teams within the organisation to support their information and organisation needs.

**Skills**:

- Bachelors Degree or Higher qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in organising and managing information effectively is crucial.
- Being meticulous and thorough is essential in maintaining accurate records, managing documents, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills are required to handle multiples tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively is important.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
