- **The Role**
Ventia are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Planning Support Coordinator to support the planning team to ensure compliance and delivery across a range of processes and key objectives which are aligned to agreed client deliverables.
- This role will require end to end coordination across a range of administrative and support processes, which will include work order management, management of contractor performance, records and scheduling.
- **The responsibilities of the position include but not limited to**:

- Provide administration support for the management of work orders through the use of SAP.
- Effective use of the Work Order Management system to monitor KPI compliance
- Provision of general office management including filing, maintenance of contact registers, and other office activities
- Act as minute taker for relevant planning meetings
- Generate and distribute ad-hoc and routine reports with the use of the Work Order Management system and any client specific system and/or program

**Skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering or Communication (desired but not prerequisite).
- Experience and demonstrated capability in SAP ( desirable )
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of customers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage time frames and prioritise work effectively
- Ability to adapt to changes in a rapidly evolving environment
