Due to continuous growth and project wins, Winslow has a career opportunity available for a HSE coordinator to support our growth into the South Australian market with the delivery of urban development projects.

THE ROLE

Partner with operational leads, the wider safety community at Winslow and our client to drive and deliver safety objectives and performance. Implementation of Winslow’s safety policies and systems. Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and mitigating risk. Conducting safety audits. Performance monitoring and data analysis. Guidance on subcontractor management. Providing continual support and coaching.

ABOUT YOU

Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety. For the right candidate, we will support your completion of a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety if you don't have a qualification. Ability to effect change to achieve safety targets over a sustained period with a subcontractor and employee workforce. Possess knowledge and ability to evaluate and implement safety policies and procedures. Computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation. Ability to conduct audits; investigations of safety issues and assist in developing improvement plans based on findings. Demonstrated ability to develop safety improvement plans to drive and promote safety awareness programs. Understanding of a safety philosophy and previous experience with establishing and implementing these systems in a project environment.
