Our client is a highly successful and rapidly growing independent buyer's agency operating at the top end of the Newcastle market. They hold a prestigious reputation in the local community for their commitment to first class service and passion for not both people and property

Due to growth, they are now seeking a well-versed Property Manager to manage existing clients and build new relationships with landlords and tenants alike. The role is offering flexible working arrangements and a 35-hour work week meaning you can truly make your own hours

**The Perks**

- 100K Package pro rata'd
- Flexible working hours
- 4-day work week or 5-day week with shorter hours
- Manage 50 properties ONLY
- Parking provided at the office

**The Position**

In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- End to End management of 50 properties
- No Accounts, No New Business - have the support a PM deserves
- Build strong relationships with landlords + tenants to ensure world class service
- Monday-Friday
- Work on properties only in the North part of Sydney

**The Person**
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
- Great local knowledge of the Northern Beaches marketplace
- Class 2 Real Estate licence
- Valid drivers license + reliable car
- Strong computer literacy, written and spoken communication
- Competence in Word, Excel, and Google Sheets + knowledge of Property Tree is highly desirable
- Self-management within a team environment
