As the push towards electrification of all combustible engines continues, this along with exponential inter-Company year on year growth has culminated in a significant increase in Electric Forklift Batteries and Chargers being supplied to the Australian market, and the requirement of a stand-alone VIC Sales Manager to assist with the Victorian operations and management of Sales and after supply Service and Support.

With our Head Office located in Wetherill Park Sydney, IBA also has stand-alone branches and staff in VIC, QLD, SA and WA. This ensures we encompass a national service and support structure to our valued clients with over 30 Full time staff employed Nationally.

**About the role**

Position purpose

The purpose of the VIC Sales Manager role is to lead and shape a growing, fast paced sales environment to ensure that targets are met and by extension, that business goals are also met. This role will also include providing significant forecasting and reporting for Senior Management within the business.

Main tasks

Core objectives include:

- Enable access within the team and create development paths.
- Report directly to the National Sales Manager and Head Office Management Team
- Work with staff within the both the Victorian and National team to ensure business objectives are met.
- Lead the sales strategy planning by developing and maintaining strong working relationships on behalf of the Company.
- Manage accurate sales forecasting and reporting functions for Victoria.
- Negotiating and securing business through external stakeholder engagement
- Build and maintain external stakeholder partnerships and referral structures.
- Build and maintain customers on behalf of the Company.
- Provide Quotations and relative follow up on any Business opportunities and potential.

Experience

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years of relevant full-time work experience, or 5 years of relevant full-time work experience if no formal qualification held is required. Relevant commercial experience leading and managing a fast-paced team within a growing company is highly desired.
