**Description**:
Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Quotes & Orders Manager and liaising closely with the Dispatch Coordinator and Sales team, this hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing plant stock for orders, records administration and coordination of incoming and outgoing greenlife stock.

Additional general nursery duties may include weeding, watering, grounds maintenance and using trade equipment.

The position is full time, working a five-day Monday to Friday roster.

Plantmark offers a four week induction and training program, with face to face learning and online courses presenting a roadmap for success in the role.

**To be successful as a Plantmark Dispatch Hand, you**:

- Enjoy working in a team and have great communication skills.
- Can effectively work unsupervised and follow procedures.
- Are comfortable with using a computer and speaking on the telephone.
- Have a positive work ethic and are reliable.
- Forklift licence, dispatch experience and plant knowledge desirable

Applicants must also be capable of performing regular heavy lifting tasks and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
