**Description**:
Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Dispatch Manager and liaising closely with the Quotes & Orders Sales team, this hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing plant stock for orders, records administration and assisting the coordination of incoming and outgoing greenlife stock.

Additional general nursery duties may include weeding, watering, grounds maintenance and using trade equipment.

The position is full time, working a five-day Monday to Friday roster.

Business operational hours are Weekdays 7.00 am - 5.00 pm

Plantmark offers a four week induction and training program, with face to face learning and online courses presenting a roadmap for success in the role.

Essential attributes

**To be successful as a Plantmark Dispatch Hand, you will have**:

- Plant knowledge preferred
- Ability to effectively work unsupervised as well as in a team
- Intermediate computer skills
- Positive work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
- Forklift licence desirable

Applicants must also be capable of performing regular heavy lifting tasks and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
