As the **Learning Design Advisor **you will be focused on developing, delivering, co-ordinating and assessing learning solutions organisation-wide.

**About the role**
In this varied and business-facing role, you will be building strong stakeholder relationships across all facets of the business day in and out, whilst continually developing and delivering fit-for-purpose training solutions including:

- Complete end-to-end learning design and delivery
- Stakeholder briefings and learning needs analysis
- Content writing, production, delivery and assessment
- Provide advice on learning solutions including online, virtual and/or face to face using various methodologies and tools

**About you**
As the **Learning Design Advisor**, you will bring demonstrated capability in the design and delivery of training solutions and associated content to achieve the strategic organisational capability uplift and engagement goals.

What you will bring:

- Knowledge of digital learning principles and practices including current and future trends in digital technologies
- Experience delivering learning solutions via a LMS
- High level interpersonal and professional communications skills, including working with a wide variety of stakeholders across all business levels.
- Proven organisational, analytical and decision making skills, including managing multiple priorities.
- Understanding of the principles of adult learning, modern training principles and practices
- Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate and animation software
