**About the Facility**

The Barwon South West Public Health Unit prevention and population health focus is to support Victoria's public health vision that Victorians are the healthiest people in the world. This entails aligning collective efforts across the Barwon South West region with a values based, equity focused population health approach.

**About the Role**

This role forms part of the leadership team for place based prevention and population health initiatives. This position will lead the Healthy Communities and Community Partnership teams. A key focus will be on working with prevention partners across the region.

**Selection Criteria**

Essential: Can you please list Barwon Health's values?

Essential: Tertiary qualification in Management, Health Promotion and relevant experience in contemporary health promotion and primary prevention.
Desirable: Masters qualification in Public Health
Essential: Minimum 5 years working in Public Health roles
Essential: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in strategic planning, project implementation, relationship management and project management.
Essential: Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and a commitment to innovation.
Essential: I agree, to commence employment, I am required to meet Barwon Health’s immunisation requirements (including full Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination) set out in the Staff Immunisation Policy.
