- Job description**The Role**

Korn Ferry is looking for an Implementation Reporting Lead who will support one of our RPO clients.
- This role requires you to be based in Sydney or Melbourne in Australia, or Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Implementation team and client stakeholders to manage and execute reporting workstream deliverables
- Develop and audit ongoing reporting on all aspects of the recruitment process using data from applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, TalentLink) and Korn Ferry’s internal data warehouse
- Facilitating the development of future state process, business requirements and key performance metrics
- Performing full cycle testing as well as the development and execution of processes
- Developing and overseeing integrations between multiple technologies or within Talent Management suites
- Participating in or facilitating fit/gap sessions to identity technology gaps to customer's process
- Deliver regular reports such as weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards in Excel and Power BI
- Interpret and analyze data in order to identify important trends, measure performance against goals, alert stakeholders to any issues and suggest areas for improvement to ensure goals are met
- Proactively audit data, highlight any variances to the business and help improve data quality
- Help to continually improve data management, suggest opportunities to avoid problems and anticipate future data needs

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years of data reporting analytics experience
- 2+ years of experience implementing reporting solutions
- 5+ years of experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Experience overseeing integrations between multiple technologies
- Ability to engage and consult with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Capability to manipulate, visualize and present data in an understandable way
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project Management skills
- High attention to detail

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) setting
- Experience in using Power BI for reporting and data visualization desirable (internal trainings can be provided)
