**Senior Coordinator Recruitment (Grade 4) Fixed-term (parental leave cover) Full time, 80 hours per fortnight**

This pivotal role within the Medical Workforce Unit offers strategic guidance and support to the Director, guaranteeing the provision of a seamless, customer-focused service to both internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent is tasked with ensuring the effective delivery of services related to the recruitment, appointment, variations, and credentialing of Junior Medical Staff at Barwon Health.

This role is required to participate in the shared Medical Workforce on call roster.

**Medical Workforce Unit Coordinator (Grade 3) Permanent Full time, 80 hours per fortnight**

An exciting opportunity awaits you to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, engaging in a diverse range of recruitment and on boarding initiatives while supporting the Senior Medical Specialist Workforce team This role entails overseeing services relating to the recruitment, appointment, variations, and credentialing of Senior Medical Specialists employed at Barwon Health.

This role is required to participate in the shared Medical Workforce on call roster.

**Junior Medical Staff Operations Officer (Grade 3) Fixed-term Full time, 80 hours per fortnight to February 2025**

This opportunity offers a comprehensive scope of end-to-end solutions for the day-to-day operations within the Medical Workforce Unit. It entails implementing continuous quality improvements to ensure the delivery of a safe and effective rostering system for the Junior Medical Staff. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp new systems and processes, and utilise your initiative and problem-solving skills.

This role is required to participate in the shared Medical Workforce on call roster.

**Administrator/Receptionist (Grade 2) Fixed-term Full time, 80 hours per fortnight to February 2025**

This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your excellent administrative and customer service skills and experience to provide high-level support across the Medical Workforce Unit, both Junior and Senior Medical Staff Teams. You will be required to have strong communications skills, attention to detail and enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same The ability to learn new systems quickly and your excellent customer service skills will ensure your success in this role.

This role is required to participate in the shared Medical Workforce Unit on call roster.
