**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee team operations, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes within budget.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Director, Strategy and Performance.
- Foster a high-performing team through resource planning, staff development, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate policy, advocacy, media, and communications strategies to advance organizational goals.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
