As Preacta’s Client Acquisition Partner for Australia, your role is to focus on the growth of our partner ecosystem and elevation of the brand.

The role would suit someone well versed in driving new business, uncovering opportunities, and pitching ideas, with the primary objective of delivering tailored talent solutions to combat hiring challenges.

We’re looking for an influential community builder, with a true flair for sales, brand growth and connection to the customer. You’ll champion our relationships-led ethos, helping to accelerate our growth and build a bigger and brighter future for Preacta. It’s critical for us to find an expert with a human-centric (and far from transactional) mentality. We’re looking for deep sales experience, unquestionable integrity, and good character.

You will build a strong network of clients who trust your expertise in finding the right talent to achieve business success. Fostering long-term relationships comes naturally.

You are a strategic thinker, with a deep understanding of client acquisition methods and effective thought-leadership.

Due to our global footprint, part of this role might mean supporting Preacta’s growth into new regions.

**Overview**
- Sales strategy management and strategic advisory across a portfolio of companies
- Commercial development responsibility, growing and expanding on existing partnerships
- Develop an always on pipeline of new business opportunities
- Get to grips with business goals, objectives, needs and existing infrastructure, voicing where there might be room for innovation
- Build and maintain solid relationships with our geographically dispersed team
- Develop and utilise systems to track, measure and analyse progress
- Position Preacta at the forefront of targeted industries, delivering compelling and thought-provoking messaging/material
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on partnership and growth opportunities
- Work with the broader Talent Solutions team to gain an in-depth understanding of our evolving product offering and varying types of solutions
