**Digital Marketing Manager**

We are looking for a full time, on site Digital Marketing Manager to support our client's ambitious growth plans.

Leading a small team of a social content creator and a social media coordinator and reporting into the Directors, you'll take ownership for improving the entire customer lifecycle and be responsible for driving the conversions across our markets.

**Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager**
- _Digital Growth Strategy_; Develop and deliver high impact digital Marketing strategies across all online channels to achieve revenue goals through increased new customer acquisition and improved retention.
- _Management_; build, lead, develop, coordinate and inspire a team of small marketing team.
- _Creative_: deliver strategic direction and insights around dynamic content creation/production.
- _Performance Campaigns_: design and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEM, and Social to drive targeted results.
- _Campaign Management_: plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, optimising for maximum ROI
- _Data Analytics_: utilise data and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to track and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- _Reporting & Insights_: develop comprehensive reporting mechanisms to measure and communicate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Develop and communicate insight based reporting to drive positive business outcomes
- _Agency Management_: work with agencies to ensure best plans and content to meet KPIs
- _Customer Acquisition_; take ownership for our customer acquisition channels - paid ads, display ads, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
- _Customer Conversion_; own and improve how we convert our prospects into customers. Working closely with sales and the UX/UI team, you'll identify, test and roll out improvements with a focus on messaging, pricing and UX.

**Digital Marketing Manager Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, as well as comprehensive reporting.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including digital performance media and optimisation
- Understanding of digital tools and platforms including web analytics skills
- Experience with data optimisation techniques, leveraging AB testing, dynamic creative and data triggers
- Ability to manage and oversee campaign budgets and quotes
- Ability to deliver insights and analytics from reporting, data driven approach to strategy
- Strong written and verbal skills to confidently liaise with team members and senior leadership
- Leadership experience in a growth marketing role, or someone who's been solely responsible for growth at their company and now looking for their first managerial role
- Passion for all things digital, core understanding of consumers paths and interaction metrics across digital channels
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within fast paced environment
