Your part in St Andrew’s War Memorial
As a Ward Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administration support to your unit. Liaising with a wide range of health professionals, patients and visitors, you will display excellent communication and organisational skills and a commitment to integrity and confidentiality when dealing with personal information.
What makes a difference for us?
- Previous experience working within a healthcare/hospital environment preferred.
- Sound administration and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment, with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and work unsupervised, quickly and efficiently.
- Experience using Cerner and/or other medical administration software.
- Adaptability and flexibility to support across other wards as required.
