We are seeking an experienced Manager to join the Scheduling Operations team in Canberra as a Scheduling Operations Section Manager.

Reporting to the Scheduling Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role overseeing a large team responsible for preparing the day to day schedules for on-air broadcast.

**This role is responsible for**:

- Overseeing operations for a large multi-layered team in an office setting within the Scheduling Operations department in Canberra
- Providing leadership, guidance & room for growth to the team and providing regular feedback & support to staff members to ensure a high level of staff performance
- Working with the greater management team on future department planning and operational projects
- Maintaining relationships with and managing expectations of external stakeholders
- Developing and sustaining procedures to ensure overall staff well-being
- Being accessible outside of business hours to respond to operational issues when required
