**The Role**
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our contract encompassing our Perth Metro and Commercial team in Western Australia.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of our multi-discipline industrial services contract, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements. You will act as the key liaison between SRG Global and our client, maintaining positive relationships and gathering feedback on our performance.
In addition, you will provide mentorship and leadership to our site team to uphold SRG Global's safety culture and business ethics throughout all levels of the projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Represent SRG Global professionally to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee estimating activities for contract works.
- Monitor work progress against the schedule, ensuring timely reporting of any issues to the management team.
- Provide mentoring and direction to site and project team members.
- Track and report monthly KPIs, forecast revenue and margin, and implement margin improvement initiatives.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and monitor SRG performance against contract KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal service providers to support contract deliverables.
**The successful applicant will ideally have**:
- **Qualifications**: Contracts Acumen,Cert IV OHS (desirable).
- **Experience**: At least 10 years' operational and contract management experience in a multi-disciplinary refinery or industrial environment, leadership role in a contracting environment for maintenance services, supervisory and management experience, working under OHS, Environmental & Quality Systems, proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- **Skills & Attributes**: Strong commercial focus, business & financial acumen, proven leadership skills, strong safety focus, excellent communication and organizational skills, high attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize, flexible approach to work, commitment to a high-performance culture.
- Ability to pass appropriate medical, drug & alcohol testing
