**The Company**

Based in the inner suburbs, our client is a well-established architecture firm, with a need to take on a dynamic AP/AR professional on a permanent full-time basis. They have an exceptional office culture and they are experiencing a sustained period of growth.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be solely responsible for managing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as well as a number of other general and project administrative duties. You will work closely with the wider business including the Partners and other members of the Business Support team. Your key duties will include but will not be limited to:

- Managing the end to end Accounts Receivable function including billings and debtors
- Managing the end to end Accounts Payable function including the processing of invoices in a timely manner
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Managing and maintaining debtors
- Data entry
- General administration and project administration duties
- Ad hoc work as required

You will have strong experience working in an AP/AR role, at a reputable and fast-paced organisation. You will have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills. With strong systems and Excel skills, you will be highly organised and capable of managing the entire Accounts function.
